Young people who are entering to the labor market, they are against overtime, overwork and arranging their lives around their professional career.

It all started with a recording published on TikTok by Gabrielle Judge. The 26-year-old admitted that she is a big fan of the “lazy girl job”, i.e. a job that requires little effort to receive a good salary. Moreover, it is not stressful and can be done remotely. After eight hours, the employee completely cuts himself off from what was happening in the office and can devote the rest of the day to developing his own passions, meeting friends and simply – life.
Gabrielle also explained in which industries this type of employment can be found. “Most of them are jobs that do not require very specialized, technical skills,” she emphasized, citing positions in the marketing or customer relations departments as examples. Her video quickly went viral and a manifestation of change.

As career consultant Ken Coleman noted in an interview with Fox News, young people who watched their parents overworked, overworked and frustrated want something more from life. They are trying to communicate to the world that previous generations’ relationship with work is unhealthy. – Employers will have to put a lot of effort into training such employees – he added.
