Andrew Scott hit the tongues thanks to the promotion of the latest film “Good Strangers” (“All Of Us Strangers”). The actor played the role of screenwriter Adam, who, after returning to his hometown, discovers that his deceased family members are still alive.
Scott, who comes from Ireland, has a truly impressive filmography after many years of acting career. His credits include roles in series such as “Black Mirror”, “Sherlock” and “His Materials” as well as film hits such as “Spectre”, “Saving Private Ryan”, “Victor Frankenstein” and “Alice Through the Looking Glass”. Scott also performed on stage.

During a conversation in the “Happy Sad Confused” program, the actor admitted that in 2017 he interrupted a performance due to the behavior of one of the audience members. Scott was then playing the role of “Hamlet” at London’s Almeida Theatre. Suddenly, he noticed a man among the audience who took out a laptop from his bag. “When I was playing Hamlet, a guy took out his laptop – not a phone, but a laptop – during my ‘To be or, f–king, not to be’ – the viewer’s behavior irritated Scott so much that he decided to stop his monologue. Then he gave a pointed look at towards an arrogant audience member.
“I paused, but my co-workers kept telling me to keep playing. I said, ‘No way,'” added the actor. The culprit didn’t realize that it was because of him that Scott interrupted the show until a woman sitting next to him pointed it out.
Andrew Scott was nominated for a Golden Globe for his role in the drama “Good Strangers.” He was last nominated for the same award in 2020 for best supporting role in the series “Fleabag”.
