The creation comes from Navarre designer Paula Ulargui. With the collaboration of stylist Josie, as creative director and the support of Greenpeace for her idea of styling with a message, the television presenter reflected on the importance of the most precious resource on the planet and without which it would be impossible to live: water. The reflection was strong in Spain itself, which is considered the driest country in Europe and where droughts ten times greater than the current ones are expected, reports Elle magazine.

The suit consists of three elements: a dress, cape and shoes, all three made of recycled wool and biodegradable or organic materials. Each part represents the leader’s concern for the future of the environment.

The dress is made of organic and biodegradable fabric, which consists of gelatin, agar, glycerin and water. It is a mixture of materials that, when exposed to heat, formed into a translucent green tone.

A cape is a creation that has a “life of its own”. It is built on the basis of recycled wool from a hydroponic crop in which different plants of the layer have taken root. The result is a blanket of red amaranth with nasturtium plants.

For their part, the shoes were outlined with a pine base decorated with fastening ribbons, which are made of cotton fibers and the same biomaterial as the dress.
