I wanted the shampoo to have a soothing effect on the skin and have a good effect on the hair. Unfortunately, most of the preparations I came across made the strands dry, limp and poorly manageable. I tested several shampoos intended for atopic dermatitis. Mediderm shampoo is a good choice, which costs PLN 25 for a 200 ml bottle. However, even though it moisturized my skin and did not make my hair greasy like other medicated shampoos, it was still poorly manageable and limp.

I found a replacement that was several zlotys cheaper, which I can really recommend. Cleansing from the Ziaja Med series costs about PLN 12. I use it as a daily shampoo for scalp and hair care. It’s a bull’s-eye because it doesn’t dry out the skin or cause irritations, and at the same time makes the hair soft, moisturized and manageable after washing.
