In the recent challenge of eliminating Chef Celebrity Ecuador (Teleamazonas), seven chefs wearing black aprons fought to stay in the competition, but unfortunately for one of them his path came to an end. The content creator Narcisa Ríos de Ruales, better known as Nachita, was eliminated on the night of this Thursday, December 21, with a failed dish.

The goal of the challenge was to use some of the 31 ingredients listed on a table that are used every day in homemade meals. Nachita’s proposal was called “There will always be something good” and included a piece of meat, mote pillo and salad with green leaves and cherry tomatoes.

For this dish, the three judges applauded the taste and presentation of the dish, which was created as a nickname. Chef Jorge Rausch even told her that she “has a good, tasty nickname.” As for the other components of the dish, the meat was very well sealed, but when cutting you could see that it was really raw.

For her part, jury member Irene González emphasized the plating, with lots of color. Finally, the salad arrived on the stand wilted due to the vinaigrette. “Yours was the dish with the most mistakes, the meat was very undercooked and you failed with the salad,” Rausch emphasized when informing him of the decision to leave.

“I want to thank God for giving me this opportunity for an amazing experience. To be honest, I didn’t think or even think I would go through it, it wasn’t easy. Since I don’t like getting up early, I sleep until 9 or 10 in the morning, I’m not ashamed to say it, because I lost sleep and hunger for a while, but I regained them and they are the most wonderful gifts that life gives us,” expressed the mother of the late actor Efraín Ruales.

“It’s not easy being here, I held on until I could. “I’m not famous. The famous person was my son and what I want is to be worth knowing.”
