Almost exactly 40 years after the premiere of Gradowski’s film, a new version of “Mr. Kleks’ Academy” will be released. We will see Tomasz Kot in the title role, but Piotr Fronczewski will also appear in the film. This time he will create the character of Doctor Paj-Chi-Wo.
The change that caused a lot of controversy was the main character. Brzechwa’s book assumed that only boys could study in a school full of magic. Fortunately, the times of such selection are over, and this time it is not Adaś who will go to Mr. Kleks’ Academy, but Ada Niezgódka, played by Antonina Litwiniak. In the new version, the starling Mateusz will also change significantly. The artificial bird, voiced by Adam Probosz, was replaced by Sebastian Stankiewicz.

The cinema premiere of “Mr. Kleks’ Academy” is scheduled for January 5, 2024, but the ceremonial event with the participation of stars has already taken place. The first reactions to the film are very positive. Celebrities invited to the special show do not hide their admiration for the creators. “Delight” – Edyta Herbuś said about the film in an interview with WP. The actress admitted that the team managed to surprise her several times.
