Last year she celebrated the 25th anniversary of her artistic career. Only in the last few months, the singer managed to sing at the New Year’s Eve of Dreams organized by Telewizja Polska, go on a concert tour with Ewa Demarczyk’s songs, perform at the 60th Polish Song Festival in Opole and sing during the Christmas star tour. It was during the last event that a mishap occurred, for which Steczkowska apologized to the fans present at the concert.
Justyna Steczkowska interrupted the Christmas performance
During this year’s Christmas concert tour, the stars performing on stage include Justyna Steczkowska, Natalia Kukulska, Kuba Badach, Beata Kozidrak, Andrzej Piaseczny and Michał Szpak. As part of the event, artists perform the most beautiful songs from the repertoire of Christmas songs and carols. Among them was the atmospheric song by Cliff Richard titled “Mistletoe and Wine”, sung by icons of Polish music: Justyna Steczkowska, Natalia Kukulska and Beata Kozidrak.
During the performance of the first singer, her voice suddenly broke. Then there was silence on the stage, after which Steczkowska turned to the fans with a short “I’m sorry”. Natalia Kukulska defended her friend, telling the audience: “Nothing happened. It happens to everyone, even the most perfect.” After this situation, the artists resumed performing the song, but Justyna Steczkowska needed a few moments to join the singers again.
