Journalists from the portal conducted an experiment by going on Christmas shopping to the Lidl chain of stores, both in Poland and Germany.

This year, many people may have a problem buying a Christmas tree on Christmas Eve. Trading Sundays in December fall on December 10 and 17. As reported by Poland 2050, Christmas Eve, also falling on Sunday, will be a day off from work and it will become a non-trading Sunday, like every other Sunday in the following years. According to the new provisions of the Trade Restriction Act, the two Sundays preceding Christmas Eve will always be commercial Sundays.
