One of the most complex printing challenges took place on the night of Monday, December 11 Masterchef Celebrity Ecuador (Teleamazonas) when the participants had to prepare a dessert with gelatin. The evaluator Jorge Rausch made the instructions of the test clear: the gelatin had to harden.

The challenge took place in pairs, eight in total (two other duos competed for the chef’s pin). Of the eight couples, three did not meet the challenge, meaning they automatically had to wear the black apron. That is six people, a historic number according to Rausch. They were tiktoker Gigi Mieles and singer Nikky Mackliff, who failed to make a strawberry verrine; He producer Jalal Du Bois and couples coach Susi Hidalgo, whose unbaked cheesecake did not harden; and the actor Danilo Carrera and actress Cecilia Cascantewho tried to make a panna cotta that also didn’t stabilize.

On the other hand, those who had the best performance of the evening were journalist Paty Terán and content creator Sergio the ice cream man, who also made a strawberry verrine, although superior to that of their colleagues in black aprons. Rausch and judge Carolina Sánchez compared the verrines of the two duos, making the differences between them very clear. Gigi and Nikky received the evaluations with great gratitude and accepted the jury’s verdict.
