This is the 18th time when the Foundation and Rossmann join forces to help. The “Give a Teddy Bear” campaign has been launched, the aim of which is to raise money for children in need. Every year, the station’s stars take part in the initiative and design special mascots.

In 2023, Dorota Szelągowska got involved in the campaign and, together with Laurelle, designed Misia Dorotka. Misia Marta was created by Marta Kuligowska and MMC Studio, Misia Grześka – Grzegorz Kajdanowicz and Balamonte, and Misia Martyna – Martyna Wojciechowska and Viola Piekut. The cuddly toys can be purchased in Rossmann drugstores for PLN 70, and the collection is limited.
“A teddy bear is the best gift in the world” – assures Dorota Wellman, who played Mrs. Claus on this occasion, in the spot for the initiative. This is the second time the TVN journalist plays the iconic character. “I’m not Santa Claus, I’m Mrs. Claus. I think it’s a very funny idea and I’m very glad that we have gender equality in this matter too. Sometimes you have to switch roles. Men have been Santa Clauses for so many years… It’s time for the ladies. I feel wonderful in this role,” the TVN presenter quotes.

Wellman herself also collects unique stuffed animals. “Every year I add new ones to my collection that I like or those whose creators I feel connected to. Most of them go into children’s hands, because that’s the best way,” she says.
The campaign, as every year, is very popular. On Facebook dedicated to the initiative, we can read comments from people who have been supporting it for years. Photos of mascots from previous editions flooded the entries, some of the fans of plush toys showed off truly impressive collections.
