Are you running out of laundry detergent? Learn the trick that will help you use it to the last drop

Running out of everyday products is quite a challenge that many of us face. This happens because some of them get stuck in the nooks and crannies of the packaging to which we have no access. Therefore, not wanting to bother with taking them out, we prefer to put them in the trash. However, few people realize how much product we waste. This problem especially affects us when it comes to laundry detergents. There is a simple method using a shoelace, thanks to which we can extract up to half a glass of washing liquid or fabric softener.

It was presented on her TikTok profile by a user who can be found under @chixy38. In the case of a bottle with a dispenser, when you want to extract the contents inside:

  1. Tie the string around the bottle, at the neck level.
  2. Hold the two ends of the shoelace firmly.
  3. Then, after creating a loop around the bottle, pull firmly until you remove the cork.
  4. Tilt the container upside down and pour the remaining contents of the laundry detergent into it.

Ways to use up your products until the end. This way you will get the leftovers without squeezing

Many people are still wondering how to use all cosmetics and detergents efficiently and effectively until the very end so as not to throw away the product packaging and, therefore, not to waste money.

  • in the case of a plastic tube, cutting the packaging will work. You will no longer have to struggle with squeezing it and you will be able to extract the rest of the product easily with your finger.
  • in the case of glass packaging, turning the packaging upside down will work. The product will then be able to flow freely and will fall out immediately after unscrewing it.
  • In the case of glass and plastic packaging, using a Q-tip will also work.
