Who will not be able to collect the S/ 600 bonus?
The S/600 bonus will be delivered one time to more than 500,000 public sector workers who belong to labor regimes 728, 276, CAS, Civil Service Law and the diplomatic service of the Republic, of the three levels of the Peruvian Government. However, it is not applicable to public servants who occupy positions of trust, who are in management positions or those who have the characteristics of a public official.
Likewise, judges, prosecutors, members of the Armed Forces and the National Police, as well as employees of State companies, who are governed by the Single Ordered Text of the Collective Labor Relations Law, are excluded. approved by Supreme Decree No. 10-2023-TR, and its regulations.
When will the S/600 bonus for the public sector be paid?
According to the statements of the Minister of Economy, Alex Contreras, to La República, this bonus had to be paid in November after several months of delay. However, to date, it has not been cashed into the workers’ accounts. The payment is expected to be made in December after the entry into force of Supreme Decree No. 259-2023-EF.

- Municipal workers must appear on the electronic payroll (PDT Plame) of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE).
