In recent days, we have been reporting on the planned departure of Danuta Holecka from TVP’s “Wiadomości”. However, there are also those who want to defend the government’s “bastion of freedom of speech” to the very end.
One of such people is undoubtedly Bartosz Łyżwiński, who is the creator of absurd material about media pluralism. It was broadcast in Monday’s main edition of the TV daily “Wiadomości”. The so-called employee national media initially wanted to convince viewers that TVN was not reporting on the windmill scandal.
Later, Łyżwiński went on another offensive towards “Fakty” TVN. He accused the program’s editors of “warming up the image” of Marshal Hołownia by recalling the past of the leader of Poland 2050 in the world of show business. The very fact of “defending freedom of speech” by government media journalists and their holding TVN journalists accountable is absurd. But if anyone still had any doubts, the creators of the online profile “I watch ‘Wiadomości’ because I can’t afford stimulants” clearly stated that the “best” thing in all of this is TVP’s appeal for freedom of choice. Let us recall that previously government media employees did not participate in this type of actions, of which there have been many in recent years.
