To make an enzyme peel, you need 2-3 ingredients, which you can easily find in any store. The simplest recipe is papaya and honey. Mash half of the fruit into a paste with a fork, add a teaspoon of honey and mix. Perform an allergy test and then apply it to your face, e.g. with a spatula or brush, massage in and leave for about 10 minutes. After this time, rinse thoroughly with water. After the first use, you will notice that the skin is smooth, cleansed and moisturized, and the skin tone has improved significantly. However, this is not the only fruit enzyme facial peeling.

  • Pineapple: Peel a pineapple slice about 3 cm thick and crush it with a fork or blend it with a blender. Add a little ground oatmeal and mix until you get a thick paste. Apply to face and leave for 5 minutes.
