Generation Z does not know a world without phones, the Internet and social media. He often spends long hours online. We can find really everything on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube or Instagram. Unfortunately, some of the content may be dangerous. So how can we warn our children about these dangers and how can we talk to them about them? Psychologist Katarzyna Kucewicz will talk about this in the latest episode of “We have time”. And in the second part of the program, Katarzyna Złotkowska will show us the four most common mistakes we make when we want to have a flat and athletic belly.
Can a child give us signals that something disturbing is happening? The psychologist lists specific behaviors of teenagers
Parents often do not realize what their children’s lives are like online. They don’t pay attention to what teenagers watch on social media. Psychologist Katarzyna Kucewicz points out that it would be worth talking to the child about it, getting to know his Internet idols and seeing what kind of content they create. Recently, there has been a lot of talk all over Poland about the so-called Pandora Gate, in which the first violin was played by famous Internet creators who – as it turned out in materials published on the Internet – talked to teenagers in an ambiguous way. The case is pending in the prosecutor’s office. And here the question arises whether parents can somehow notice that something disturbing is happening to their teenage child. Katarzyna Kucewicz lists specific behaviors.
First of all, when a child begins to become emotionally involved so strongly that he or she is completely absorbed in it. The same if we see that he is withdrawing – he doesn’t want to talk, he loses interest, he used to want to go for a walk with us, but now he doesn’t want to, we used to go to the swimming pool every three days, and now he doesn’t want to swim anymore, he just wants to stay in his room. We see that he has secrets, that there is some change in behavior
– says the psychologist.
– Of course, there are a lot of these changes during adolescence, but if we see that there is a big difference, let’s take an interest in it – he adds. You will learn about other behaviors that should be noticed in the entire episode of “We Have Time”.
Don’t do these things if you want a flat stomach

Secondly, if you eat foods and drinks that are not good for you, your belly will swell from the inside. Third, if your pelvic floor and core muscles are weak, your belly will also spill forward. If the fronts of the thighs are contracted, there is an anterior pelvic tilt and the abdomen spills forward – explains the expert.
