Śmigły-Rydza struggled with financial problems. They were supposed to help solve the problem of lack of customers and revive the place again.

However, the actions of the famous restaurateur did not bring the expected results, so Mrs. Beata decided to abandon the menu of dishes introduced by Magda Gessler. She also changed the decor of the premises. The owner decided that her guests liked traditional dishes much more. “The card that is currently valid in my restaurant is consistent: with me, with Łódź, with my family home and I will remain faithful to this tradition. Thanks to Kuchenne Rewolucje, I realized that I know my job,” she said in interview with Dziennik Łódzki.
Although Mrs. Beata does not regret taking part in “Kitchen Revolutions”, she does not think that they were of any use. “The actions of Kitchen Revolutions did not bring anything to the life of the restaurant,” said the owner.
The menu proposed by Magda Gessler will be valid in the restaurant until Sunday, December 3. Later, the dishes will be withdrawn, and guests dining at “Dopraw Bbłkiem dla Zwierzchowska” will be able to choose from a wide range of traditional dishes. The menu includes beef cutlets, savory and sweet dumplings and high rib pork loin.
