Next December 17th It will be two years since the premiere of Spider-Man: No way home, and there are no signs of a return anytime soon in the calendar of upcoming titles that Marvel has published. Peter Parker and his newest actor, Tom Holland, are still waiting.

The studio seems to be taking its time to find a story to match the previous one. During a press conference with the Critics Choice Association, 27-year-old Holland received questions from the press about his possible next spidery film.

“All I can say is that I have been actively involved in conversations about what could possibly be a fourth interpretation of my character. Whether or not we find a way to do justice to him (Spider-Man) is another matter,” he said, referring to the degree of identification he has achieved with the hero, whose suit Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield previously wore.

“I feel very fortunate to have been able to work on a franchise that got better with each film, that was more successful each time, which I think is rare to see, and I want to protect his legacy“added the British actor and dancer.

Your last comment gives more hope. “So I’m not going to make another movie just to do it. It will have to be worthy of the character. But if we solve that, It would be foolish not to put the suit back on; I owe everything to Spider-Man and for the people I work with. “I would love to do another story, but only if it’s the right one.”
