It turns out that it depends on the type of mushrooms we are dealing with. We can freeze: boletes, geese, kites, chanterelles, saffron mushrooms, bay boletes and butter mushrooms. However, there is a certain rule that must be followed. We only freeze raw mushrooms without the gills. After cleaning and drying them, we can immediately put them in the freezer. How to prepare mushrooms for freezing? There are two ways
While mushrooms without gills do not need special preparation before freezing, mushrooms with gills require a bit more work. Put the mushrooms into boiled and salted water for 3 minutes, drain and pour cold water over them. After drying, put it in the freezer.
