It seems that Dobrowolski was probably removed from working on “New Year’s Eve Dreams” because of the scandal involving him, which took place before the festival in Opole. Let us recall that Dobrowolski was to direct the Debuts concert, which took place on June 9 as part of the 60th edition of the festival in Opole.
Doda also took part in the project, publishing a shocking recording on social media in which she complained about her cooperation with director Dobrowolski. Among other things, he allegedly insulted her during rehearsals. After the publication of this information, the director was removed from working on the event.

The director of this year’s “New Year’s Eve Dreams” has collaborated many times with TVP during the so-called good change. Tomasz Motyl was involved in the work on Junior Eurovision 2019 and 2020, as well as on TVP2’s New Year’s Eve concerts and programs such as “Czar Par”, “Koło Fortuny”, “Made in Polska”.
