She had not one, but four aneurysms in her head. A quick reaction saved her life
In October 2023, the actress re-entered the TVP production set. At some point, however, she began to experience unusual symptoms, but she did not particularly care about them. After the scene was over, she wanted to see the final effect, but as soon as she sat on the chair, something unexpected happened. – Suddenly, a terrifying explosion blew my head to pieces. It was a pain that cannot be described. My vision went black, I couldn’t see anything. My friends brought me water, I couldn’t hold the glass. My arms and legs gave out on me. I also stopped talking – she talked about dramatic moments in .
The plan manager, Krzysztof Puchała, called an ambulance. The rescuers gave the actress painkillers, but her condition kept deteriorating. After being taken to hospital, a CT scan was performed, which showed that there was blood in her head. She was immediately put on the operating table. – The operation lasted almost 6 hours because the aneurysm was located in a very difficult place, right under the eye – she recalled. She emphasized that she owes her life to two outstanding doctors, Michał Zawadzki and Vadim Masibora from the State Medical Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration, but also to her teammates. – If it weren’t for my friends and my beloved “Klan” family, I would probably no longer be alive (…). It’s a unique production, friendly and very helpful people – she said with gratitude.

It turns out that this is not the first time that the actress’s life hung in the balance. In 2001, right after the casting for , she took part in a photo session during which she fainted. She thought it was a cold, so she returned home to rest and regain strength, because she was supposed to start shooting for the series on Monday. If it weren’t for a call from her friend, there’s no telling what her fate would have been. – I lost consciousness at home, I was saved by a friend who called me and I was making some strange sounds. She came to see me with her husband and a friend. They opened the door by force and a moment later I found myself in the hospital – she said, adding that at that time the production’s producer, Paweł Karpiński, was also waiting for her to recover, for which she is extremely grateful to him to this day.
The recovery took a long time, and the extensive diagnosis indicated that Orman suffered from celiac disease, i.e. intolerance to gluten, which she had been consuming all this time. – The body was sterilized and there was also an infection. Over the course of 4 years, I kept coming back to the hospital, she said about the treatment. The actress trusts that he is watching over her, because she has escaped the clutches of death many times. – I know that God gave me a hand and a pillow three times in very difficult and dramatic moments so that nothing bad would happen – she emphasized in the same interview. – I don’t know what awaits me, but I am convinced that, as always, I will overcome all difficulties – she added at the end.
