Also dust and vacuum your bedroom once a week. Also vacuum your beds, especially the nooks and crannies. Wash bedding according to the markings on the manufacturer’s label. The one made of cotton can be easily washed at 60 degrees or 90 degrees. Wash more delicate materials at a temperature of 40-60 degrees. Before you throw it into the washing machine, turn it inside out and remember not to fold it into cubes.
