Sebastián Yatra announces a new album, ‘Dharma’ for January 28

Sebastián Yatra has announced this Monday a new album for 2022 that will be published on January 28 under the title of Dharma and that will come followed by a world tour, with stops already confirmed in Madrid (June 29, Wizink Center) and in Barcelona (July 1, Palau Sant Jordi).

Universal Music has detailed in a press release that they will be 17 songs that includes, with outstanding collaborations with artists such as Aitana (The Dudes), Rauw Alejandro and Manuel Turizo (TBT), Daddy Yankee and Natti Natasha (Runaway) or Rosario and Jorge Celedón (Dharma), among others.

This new project will also collect some of his latest singles, con hits like Couple of the year with Myke Towers and Red high heels, in addition to Ideal Girl, Evening Y Bye, recently nominated for best pop song at the Latin Grammys.

“Although some songs are sad and others start from happiness, they are all part of existing and love”, The Colombian artist has explained in statements collected by his record company when delving into the meaning of this Dharma: “What you get for the things you do well.”

It will be his third studio album, initially announced for 2021, and he will take over from Mantra (2018) and Fantasy (2019), with which he already garnered a nomination for the best Latin pop album at the 2020 Grammy Awards.

The album will be accompanied by an international “tour” called The Dharma world tour, It will start in Spain next summer and then go to Mexico, before continuing its journey to other countries.

Tickets for their concerts in Madrid and Barcelona, ​​according to the press release, will go on sale from December 13. (I)
