A former CIA and FBI agent gives security tips. Parents should remember this
A former CIA officer and FBI agent revealed in one of her Instagram videos the 7 rules she applies to keep her young children safe. Several years of work as a spy taught her that practicing radical rules could protect her children from potential threats. The list included:
- Do not allow your child to participate in camps or events that involve sleeping away from home.
- Keep prescription drugs and alcohol in a closed space.
- Don’t keep weapons at home.
- Find information in an Internet search engine about people involved in the child’s life, e.g. teachers, trainers.
- The above rule also applies to parents of other children.
- Do not allow your child to walk to and from school alone or use the toilet alone, e.g. in restaurants or other public places.
- Do not let your child play unsupervised. Never completely trust anyone around your children.
Tracy Walder on the story of one of her children’s teachers. She didn’t expect this
The former CIA agent remains extremely vigilant when it comes to her surroundings, and she talked a bit more about it while recording the clip. While searching for data and stories, Tracy discovered that some people had problems in the past, such as financial or personal problems. One story that particularly moved her was about one of her children’s teachers. They both followed each other on social media. However, the former agent considered his online activity a bit strange from the very beginning. As it later turned out, the man was sentenced to 20 years in prison on pornography charges. – One of my daughter’s teachers befriended me on social media and I always found his social media strange – not criminal, but strange. He kept talking about how much he hated his job and how he partied all the time. Now, he’s in prison, sentenced to 20 years on federal pornography charges. – Walder reported in the recording.
