Moisture has a significant impact on keeping bread fresh. In higher humidity conditions, such as in the kitchen, where we most often keep it, it deteriorates faster and begins to mold. So if we bought too much bread, we can easily freeze it. Remember, however, that the sooner we do it, the fresher it will be when taken out of the freezer. The best idea is to freeze it right after purchasing it. However, you should first divide the bread into portions. We will then prevent food waste and we will be able to take out the amount we want. How to freeze bread? After cutting, put them in a tight ziplock bag or foil.

After taking the bread out of the freezer, avoid putting it in the microwave. Why? Defrosting quickly with hot air will simply dry out the bread. A better idea for quick defrosting is to place it in the oven, but it is best to take the bread out well in advance so that it defrosts itself.
