It turns out that in the case of mild constipation, it is worth trying a slightly different body position than most of us adopt. The standard sitting position blocks the free movement of the last section of the large intestine. The specialist recommends sitting differently instead. To facilitate the work of the intestines, simply place the ankle of one leg on the thigh of the other leg, then slightly twist your torso and lean forward. This position may not be the easiest for everyone, but it’s definitely worth a try.

Give up alcohol and go for a run

To avoid problems with bowel movements, it is worth taking care of yourself in advance. Alcohol is a basic product that worsens intestinal function, so it is definitely worth avoiding it if we are struggling with problems related to the excretory system. Additionally, of course, a properly balanced diet rich in fiber, drinking plenty of water (at least 1.5 liters a day) and even moderate physical activity will make our intestines work much better.
