Companions of Matthew Perry in Friends they shared their precious memories with the star who passed away on the last weekend of October at the age of 54. The first to remember the beloved Chandler Bing was Matt LeBlanc, who played best friends on screen as Joey. LeBlanc posted on Tuesday, “It was an honor to share the stage with you and call you my friend. I will always smile when I think of you and I will never forget you. Never.” Her post included a candid photo of the cast hugging on set. The 56-year-old actor ended his note with a bit of comedy, writing, “Spread your wings and fly bro, you’re finally free. Much love. And I guess you’ll keep $20 you owe me.”

After that came Courtney Cox, who played his best friend and wife Monica Geller. The 59-year-old actress shared a clip of a scene in which she and Perry’s character are in bed, trying to keep their relationship under wraps. It’s an iconic moment from the show, when the cast traveled to London for Ross and Emily’s failed wedding.

Cox also added an anecdote about this recording. “In this scene, before we started shooting, he whispered a funny line to me,” Cox revealed. “He often did such things. “He was funny and kind.” “I’m so grateful for every moment I got to spend with you, Matty, and I miss you every day.”
