In 2017, the team of the so-called Good Change came up with the idea to reactivate several cult programs from the 90s. One of them is “Wheel of Fortune”, hosted by Norbi and his companion Izabella Krzan since 2019. The program is eagerly watched, especially by older people who have time to sit in front of the TV set at 4 p.m.

The 19th season of the game show is currently being broadcast, but the last episode of this edition will be broadcast soon, on November 25, 2023. Later, viewers will be able to watch replays of the previous season, and the TVP Press Office believes that “viewing results show that viewers are eager to watch not only the premiere episodes of the game show, but also those that have already been broadcast.”
There is probably no untruth in these words, but the host of the program revealed in an interview that many new episodes have already been produced, the premiere of which could continue to be broadcast without any problems until April 2024. The viewers are surprised by this decision, as is Norbi himself.
This program is well watched and has 88,000 people in the queue. willing, so I’m surprised by that. It seems to me that when a program is going well – and it does – you don’t do repetitions, you just keep sewing – says the showman.
The star also emphasized that he has no power to influence Telewizja Polska because he is not an employee of the station and is only employed to run “Wheel of Fortune”. – I finished my work in May and I can honestly say that it has always been like that, when we finished the season and I never knew whether someone would call and say that we would continue doing it – added Norbi, adding that he spent the summer season giving concerts.
I believe that such a good program with high viewership should be continued and there should not be any reruns during the new season, only the premiere episodes, but that’s not my responsibility… – he continued.
Norbi believes that the program will survive after the elections. But he is prepared for any scenario
The portal’s editors also decided to ask Norbi about his moods related to possible changes in TVP management after the current opposition took power. He is convinced that “Wheel of Fortune” will not be removed from the schedule. – I’m not afraid of taking the program off the air because it’s show business. I’ve been doing this for 26 years and I’m used to being here today and gone tomorrow, he reasons.
However, if the broadcast of the game show were to end, the showman believes that he will be able to cope. However, he is worried about viewers and his colleagues. – If we come back with recordings in March or a little later, that’s great, because I feel sorry for the viewers and the people I work with. It’s really great fun, he says.
I’ll be fine anyway, because I lived without TV for many years. Those were nice moments, it’s good that it worked out that way, but my main source of income and work are concerts and events, which I play all the time – says the showman.
