Of course, we can buy such a preparation at gas stations and discount stores, but if we do not want to overpay, we can prepare it at home in just a few moments. You only need four ingredients.
How to prepare homemade window defrosting fluid? It’s really very simple
Who among us doesn’t get nervous in the morning when he gets into the car and sees a frozen window? Hot air and a scraper are sometimes not enough, so it is worth having window defrosting liquid in the trunk. Preparing the preparation will not take you more than a minute, and thanks to this you will save a lot of time in the morning when you want to go somewhere in your car. What do you need? 500 ml of water, 25 ml of vinegar, 25 ml of salicylic spirit and 10 ml of dishwashing liquid. Pour all the products into the spray bottle and mix thoroughly. Then spray the frozen windshield, wait a while, and that’s it!
Other ways to defrost a frozen car window
In the past, drivers used hot water to defrost their car windows. Well, this is not the best solution, because it may result in cracking the glass. However, hot water poured into a bag, e.g. a string one, can work wonders. Just place the bag against the glass and the frost will disappear.
