The atmosphere after the elections is uncertain. Although PiS received the highest percentage of votes of all parties on October 15, it has no chance of governing independently – or even in coalition – with anyone. No wonder there is unofficial talk on TV about layoffs coming soon. Meanwhile, TVP and TVP Info have slightly changed course and are more willing and more frequent to invite, among others, opposition politicians.
However, in the evening program “Miwała 20” on the TVP Info channel, there is still hope that PiS will form a coalition. Danuta Holecka’s guests were Mirosław Maliszewski from PSL, Robert Gontarz from PiS and Jan Kanthak from the group that changed its name a few months ago.

No wonder Danuta Holecka made a mistake when portraying Jan Kanthak. She announced the deputy minister and MP as a member of Solidarity Poland, meanwhile Kanthak has been in Sovereign Poland since May.
Sovereign Poland, I’m very sorry, I still haven’t gotten used to it – Holecka corrected herself when she heard the publisher’s suggestion on the phone.
Kanthak, somewhat surprised, replied that he “didn’t even notice it” – no wonder, his party changed its name recently, in May, but for years it operated as “Zbigniew Ziobro’s Solidarna Polska”. What’s more, the name change not only went almost unnoticed, but also almost without any personal changes.
Danuta Holecka defends the opposition?
The MP of Sovereign Poland also met the new face of Danuta Holecka, who defended the PSL MP against him. When Kanthak attacked PSL for its plans to form a coalition with the left, Holecka objected. “How do you know what’s going to happen?” Kanthaka asked. She also did not fail to “advise” the PSL MP on the appropriate strategy towards the other opposition parties with which the People’s Party would form a government.
I calculated that this is enough for the Civic Coalition, but there will be little left for PSL. Don’t be so compliant, because they won’t be able to cope without you, she said.
