The Spanish ‘Sips’ has won the award for the best cocktail bar in the world of 2023 in an award ceremony held this Tuesday in Singapore, after topping the list of the ‘The World’s 50 Best Bars‘.
Specifically, the bar by Simone Caporale and Marc Álvarez, which last year took third place, succeeds the Barcelona-based ‘Paradiso’, which won the award last year, as the best cocktail bar in the world.
In this way, the podium of the best cocktail bars in the world is completed by the New York ‘Double Chicken Please’, which is in second position, followed by the Mexican ‘Handshake Speakeasy’, which closes in third place.
For its part, ‘Paradiso’ has placed itself in fourth position after winning in 2022, while Diego Cabrera’s ‘Salmon Guru’ from Madrid gives up one place compared to last year to occupy sixteenth position in the international ranking.
