The police detained the actor at the scene. Sam Underwood was imprisoned for 10 hours. However, he was released and is now waiting for further developments in the situation and court proceedings. The woman who was allegedly the victim of his attack, according to TMZ reporters, had clear signs of beating when the police arrived, but did not require medical attention. At the same time, Underwood’s attorney claims that the beating did not take place at all and is to present evidence in this case in the coming days – apparently he has recordings and photos contradicting the woman’s version.

In recent years, Sam Underwood has appeared mainly in the series “Fear the Walking Dead”, where he played the role of Jake Otto. He also appeared in the remake of “Dynasty”, where he played Adam Carrington – the “lost” son of Blake and Alexis, who was allegedly kidnapped when he was still an infant. As his co-star Rafael De La Fuente said, “Even though Adam Carrington is crazy, Sam is really sweet.” Underwood joined “Dynasty” in the second season and did it right away with a bang – he started with a murder
