The Portuguese went to that country for the match of Al Nassr against Persepolis. During the visit, the attacker had a meeting with artist Fatemeh Hamami Nasrabadiwho is paralyzed in 85 percent of his body, and paints pictures with his feet, Italian media Il Corriere dello Sport reports.

The meeting between Fatemeh and Cristiano Ronaldo was the occasion for the artist to give her partner Georgina Rodríguez two portraits of the player that she painted herself. CR7 welcomed her with enthusiasm and as a sign of gratitude he hugged her and kissed her on the forehead, and he also gave her one of his shirts.

“Ronaldo, if he returns to Iran, would risk being punished with 100 lashes for a reason that has nothing to do with the pitch,” the Italian media stated in their announcement.

According to the international press, this type of demonstration between two “alone” people is not allowed in Iran’s penal code, as it is equivalent to adultery. In this sense, the Qur’an, which is the legislation of the Middle East, imposes a punishment of 100 lashes.

Italian media add that the sentence could be canceled if the protagonists repent, that is, if the judge does not consider it a punishable act.
