In the currently broadcast episodes of “Millionaires”, there have been changes to the program’s regulations. Participants can now set the second guaranteed threshold themselves. In the last episode (669) of “Millionaires”, Oktawia Lipińska, who played second, failed to answer the first question correctly. The first competitor was an engineer and scientist from Krakow, Mikołaj Mielczarek. The man got as far as the question for 125,000. zlotys, but he did not know the correct answer to the question about rock music and decided to give up.

A young student of Polish studies and psychology from Świecie was in a completely different situation. She had a question about semantics, but apparently the knowledge she acquired during her studies in Polish studies did not mean that she knew the answer to the difficult question.

The future Polish teacher quickly chose the answer d), but it was not a happy accident. “Familiarized” is someone who is “not properly remembered.” Oktawia’s quick move meant that she said goodbye to the program without any money. As a graduate of Polish studies, I can defend the participant because I know that this is not what students of this field learn.
