Marcin Dubiel is a YouTuber from Jaworzno, a member of the Internet project Team X and a freak fight competitor. He was also called to the table regarding the biggest scandal in the history of Polish YouTube. In his film, Sylwester Wardęga, in which he revealed the disgusting behavior that Stuu allegedly committed, also mentioned Dubiel, Fagat and Boxdel, who themselves have something on their conscience. All of them are among the most popular figures on the Polish Internet, and their activities are closely followed by the youngest.

Agata “Fagata” Fąk and Michał “Boxdel” Baron have already published their statements in which they wash their hands of the whole matter and claim that they had no idea about anything. Additionally, Boxdel claims that he has never dated minors, and he justifies writing indecent messages by saying that “there was such jargon in those days.” Now Dubiel decided to add his two cents:
I am disgusted by every person who has ever harmed a child. I want it to be clear – I completely distance myself from Stuart and all his disgusting behavior. Yes, we were friends for many years. However, I never looked at his phone and had no right to know what he wrote to other people – he says at the beginning of the statement.

Later in the recording, he firmly distances himself from the pedophilia scandal involving Stuu, with whom he was friends years ago. Moreover, he argues that he had no idea about his scandalous behavior. “Despite our many years of acquaintance, it turned out that I didn’t know everything about him,” he says in a statement. The influencer and internet creator also announced that the law firm representing him had submitted a “private indictment against Sylwester Wardęga” to the court.
This material is pure manipulation, as evidenced by the 13-page indictment. The over-interpretation of the facts in Wardęga’s material and drawing far-reaching conclusions is unfair and painful to me. I will fight for my good name and to punish the person who slandered, Dubiel continues.
“I chose the path of criminal procedure because I want to talk about facts and evidence, not manipulated and out-of-context fragments of conversations from when I was 18. Currently, I will only have a chance to have such a conversation in court,” he adds. He concluded the statement with a firm declaration: “I have nothing to do with pedophilia. This is something terrible for me“.
