How to clean furniture at home? Try these tricks

If you decide to buy second-hand furniture, it is worth cleaning it thoroughly before you start using it. How to get rid of dirt and dust from furniture?

  • Vinegar. Mix the liquid with water in a 1:1 ratio, spray the furniture and wipe it thoroughly with a dry, soft cloth. If the smell of vinegar bothers you, you can add a few drops of your favorite essential oil to the liquid.
  • Dish soap. Mix it with water and gently wipe the furniture to remove dust and small dirt. However, remember not to scrub the furniture with rough objects.
  • Baking soda. Apply a small amount to a damp cloth and rub the dirt. Finally, wipe the furniture dry with a clean cloth.
