In an interview with “Business Insider”, Krzysztof Kołodziejczyk, president of Talemax and vice-president of POFOG, pointed out that the new system may cause unexpected problems. Therefore, after removing money from the device, inspect it carefully. – There may be situations where a customer receives colored money from an ATM, even though there was no attack, because the systems can sometimes be too sensitive. The risk of such a situation is low now, but will increase as the number of ATMs equipped with IBNS increases, he said. If the money is accidentally stained, you can go to a selected NBP branch to exchange the banknotes for clean ones.
