Ironing is not one of many people’s favorite activities. That’s why we often leave them until the last minute. And when it comes and we have a few minutes to get dressed before leaving, we rush around with the iron and ironing board. Sweat trickles down our foreheads and obscene words fall out of our mouths when we can’t iron out the wrinkles or – even worse – make new ones. What if we told you that last-minute ironing can be done completely stress-free and at lightning speed?

Spray iron? You have what you need at home

Just use a spray iron. It’s hard to guess what was going on in the head of the person who came up with such an idea. However, we are not here to wonder, but to share good patents. We can buy such an iron in a store, but it involves a trip away from home and some expenses. It turns out that we don’t have to organize a trip at all, because we can easily make such a spray iron ourselves.

Just use three products that are found in virtually every home. For this we will also need a sprayer and a funnel, which we immediately put inside the bottle. Pour 200 ml of water, a tablespoon of vinegar and a tablespoon of fabric softener there. Mix everything thoroughly and voila! How to use a spray iron? Place the clothes you want to iron evenly on a flat surface and spray them with our mixture. Then we immediately start gently ironing the clothes with our hands. After a while, the clothes will be smooth. If you are worried about the smell of vinegar, don’t worry – the washing liquid effectively eliminates it.

Last minute salvation and on trips

There is no point in fooling yourself that this method will replace ironing with a traditional iron. If we are going to an important event and want a flawlessly smooth shirt or dress, we would rather choose an iron. However, if we want to iron something quickly so that the clothes don’t look like they’ve been ripped off, this solution will work perfectly. It is also worth remembering this when traveling. Then we often don’t have access to an iron, so this ironing mixture will be a salvation.
