Although she felt that the marriage had no future, she did not immediately decide to divorce. She didn’t want to make hasty decisions. – When Marysia was four years old, I gave myself two more years – she said.

Financial stability gave her the feeling that she would be able to raise her daughter alone. – When I left the house with Marysia by the hand, I felt excited that my life was starting again, I didn’t know what would happen, but I knew I had definitely done the right thing – she recalled. In difficult times, she could also count on the indispensable support of her parents, to whom she initially moved in together with Maria, who was then 6 years old. – Exactly on the day two years passed since my decision, I left the wedding ring on the table and left the house with Marysia’s hand. To mom and dad. I worked as a journalist, I had something to live on, she said, confirming that she felt from the very beginning that it was the right choice.
