After midnight, the unions and employers have reached an agreement agreement for the next three seasons which enables call off the strike of League F players that prevented the dispute last weekend on the first day.

The agreement, signed by the unions FUTPRO, Association of Spanish Footballers (AFE), Footballers ON, CC. OO. and UGT, establishes a minimum gross salary of 21,000 euros in the 2023/24 season that can increase to 23,000.

For the 2024/25 campaign, the minimum gross salary will be 22,500 euros, a sum that can increase to 25,000 for the same reason as in the previous year. In the third season, 2025/26, it will be 23,500 euros, capable of growing up to 28,000.

In all three cases the possible increase will depend on “revenue growth “competition commercials”

The start of the championship last weekend could not take place and none of the matches on the first date of the competition were played, which will have to be relocated to the calendar due to the strike call, in principle for the first two days, given the lack of agreement with the employers on the minimum wage in the negotiation of the new collective agreement.
