You can do it by cutting them at the right moment and drying the inflorescences, which later become a spectacular decoration. But when is a good time to cut flowers? It’s worth waiting for a good moment. The hydrangea must be beautifully developed and pruning should be carried out on a rainless day. For drying flowers, choose the prettiest ones that are not affected by disease, sunburned or damaged. Thanks to this, we will get the best effect.

How to dry hydrangeas? One trick is enough to keep them beautiful shade

Once we have cut hydrangeas, let’s start drying them right away. A delay may make the obtained effect not so spectacular. How to dry hydrangeas? In order for the flowers to retain a beautiful, saturated color, they should be dried in an airy room without access to sunlight, so that the rays do not break down the chlorophyll contained in the flowers. If we have found the right place, the flowers should be hung individually, e.g. to the ceiling, so that the inflorescences hang downwards. This method of hanging hydrangeas will prevent the flowers from losing their beautiful, spherical shape. After two or three weeks, the process should be complete. You can then generously spray dried hydrangeas with hairspray so that the flowers do not fall off.
