“Bar” was Polsat’s answer to the reality show “Big Brother” broadcast on the competing station. It was broadcast in the years 2002-2004 and there were five editions in total. Participants of the program worked in the title “bar” in Wrocław and their task was to make as much daily profit as possible. The viewers decided who left the program, but also the participants themselves, who gave each other advantages and disadvantages.
How did the fate of Dobrusia from “Bar” turn out?
Dobrosława Zych-Henner participated in the second edition of the program and initially hardly anyone expected that she would go so far. Well, it was the girl who took second place in the reality show, but she was not a popular person there. During the program, she received a lot of downvotes from her colleagues from the program. However, she enjoyed great sympathy among the viewers and thus reached the final of “Bar”.
The then 25-year-old girl had the pleasure of participating in the most popular edition of the reality show, because Doda also participated in it. The singer did not hide the fact that she went to the program mainly to promote herself and the Virgin band, of which she was the singer. The idea turned out to be a hit, because Doda is present on the music market all the time, and last year she released the Fryderyk-nominated album “Aquaria”.
The fate of Dobrusia, whose career in the media ended with the finale of the second edition of “Bar”, was different. It is true that she appeared in 2003 with her husband and children in another Polsat program “Nine unusual weeks”, which was a family version of “Big Brother”, but the program was poorly viewed and did not bring her new fans. Later, she appeared on the walls for some time, and also played the role of the host of events, but as she herself admitted, the earnings from it were not enough.
According to the information that Zych-Henner posted on her Facebook profile, she has been married to Wojciech Pogorzelski, co-founder and guitarist of the Closed Branch, since 2006. The couple celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary this year. The woman decided to help her husband also in professional matters and is the manager of a cult band. Previously, she worked at TVN24. Looking at her latest photos, it seems that she has not changed at all and is still true to her iconic hairstyle – long, dark hair.
