Martyna Wojciechowska reveals how she cares for her condition
During the press conference of the new season of “Women at the End of the World”, which returns to TVN in the autumn schedule, Plotek asked Martyna Wojciechowska about her preparations for the next trips related to the recording of the program.
“I need a lot of training because I need to be in shape. I need to be in shape to go to these ends of the world and to keep up with the crew, and even more so, to set the pace. So it’s absolutely something I treat as part of my job, but I’ve always liked to move anyway. I love movement, so I run, exercise and generally I’m a person who doesn’t sit much, so I’m always on the move. And in general, just being at the ends of the world is like a conditioning camp. You have to have really iron health, get up at dawn, go to bed late, be on the run all the time, temperature changes, changes in climate zones, changes in diet, and changes in time zones – says the traveler.
Martyna Wojciechowska’s diet at the ends of the world. “We eat pretty unsophisticated things”
And what does Martyna Wojciechowska’s diet look like while working in different corners of the globe? In an interview with Gossip, she revealed what she ate in Nigeria and what her proven duo is.
Rice, vegetables are always a safe option. Mostly rice and vegetables. Africa is not famous for good cuisine, at least I don’t like it, because there are regions where there is great food, for example Ethiopia, but in Nigeria it was very simple food. We eat quite unsophisticated things, because we also try to be as close as possible to the people whose lives we film
– explains.
