As in the case of glass bottles of cooking oil, plastic bottles do not need to be washed beforehand, so as not to waste water unnecessarily (waste of this type is processed at high temperatures anyway). Bottles intended for motor oil are troublesome due to the residual raw material contained in them, which can be harmful to the environment. Most communes require that bottles of this type of products be returned to the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK).
