The figure of a guardian, a spiritual guide occurs in various beliefs and cultures, differing from each other by name. It depends largely on latitude and prevailing religion. For example, Sumerian culture referred to Guardian Spirits, while in Buddhism this entity was referred to as Bodhisattva, Guardian God, or Primordial Buddha.
According to Christian beliefs, the Guardian Angel is not able to interfere with man’s – according to the Bible – free will, but he can send us subtle warning signals and indicate appropriate life solutions. At the very beginning, however, it should be mentioned that such beliefs should be treated with a pinch of salt and distance. For historians and theoreticians, they are a rich source of knowledge about past societies, but today they are treated more in the category of past superstitions.
One of the researchers who explore life after death is Joaquín Cámara – the author of the well-known book “Una Vida Infinita” (English: “Infinite life”). According to him, each of us is watched over by a spiritual guardian, the Guardian Angel. According to the researcher, he is mentally and emotionally connected with us, he carefully experiences what is happening to us. It is supposed to lead us through life, protect us from evil and help us, but without interfering with free will.
According to the author, sometimes he tries to make contact with us, sending specific signals – which it is not uncommon for people to ignore. Cámara mentions at least a few of them in his publications. These include:

Nothing works and nothing goes as planned – if your plans fall apart, nothing goes right – as if to spite – it’s better to stop for a moment and think about your actions. Perhaps this is a signal from the Guardian Angel that “this is not the way”.
The feeling that something is wrong – intuition should not be ignored, because according to beliefs, it is through it that the Guardian Angel can communicate with us. Even if seemingly everything is fine and there is no reason to worry, and you still feel anxious and unsure of the situation – then it is worth considering whether this is not a signal of danger.
The feeling that something might happen – Similar to the above, but much more intense, disturbing and real feeling that something bad is going to happen.
Warnings from others – Guardian Angels can also speak through other people, trying to steer you on the right path. For example, you may meet a person completely by chance, for the first time in your life, and hear something from them that will completely change your life or make you unable to get the thought out of your head.
Sudden illness – You suddenly get sick, catch a cold and “ground” for a week at home? According to some beliefs, it may also be the work of the Guardian Angel, who tries to keep us at home, protecting us from danger – e.g. an accident, an unfavorable sequence of events, a bad decision or the actions of other people.
