Blanka at the crack of dawn gave a unique concert on the Sopot pier. Despite the early hour, the turnout was very large, and some of the fans drove all night to reach Sopot at 5:30. What delighted the audience with the Eurovision star?

Blanca Stajkow became famous after the pre-selections for the Eurovision Song Contest, which she won despite the controversy caused by her performance. She then met with a huge wave of hate, which passed only when she boasted about her vocal progress just before the performance in Liverpool. Then most Poles started cheering for our representative and she was given the nickname “Bejba” from the characteristic introduction to the song “Solo”.

In the Eurovision finals, she took 19th place, but the craze for her music did not pass. In July, she released a second single entitled “Boys Like Toys”, which is doing quite well in commercial radio charts. The RMF FM radio station decided to use her popularity, which organized a special concert of the artist, which took place at sunrise on the pier in Sopot.

Participation in the event was free, and there was no charge for entering the pier, which is always ticketed during the summer season. Blanka’s performance lasted about half an hour, during which time she sang five songs – including the famous “Solo” twice. Apart from the singer, dancers also appeared on stage, and at one point Blanka invited two young fans to her place

Thanks to this, they had a unique opportunity to sing and dance together with their idol. The rest of the audience was not so lucky and in order to talk to Blanka for a while, you had to stand in a long queue for autographs after the concert.

According to the portal, most of the concert participants were young people or families with children. In turn, on the website we can read the report of the RMF FM reporter, who reported that some of Blanka’s fans started their journey at 1 am to arrive on time for Blanka’s concert, which took place on the longest wooden pier in Europe.
