However, the protagonist of the film has a different opinion on this matter. The court received a 14-page document in which he accused the couple of financial abuse. He claims that he was never formally adopted, and that the Tuohy family took care of him only for financial gain. As one of the arguments, he gives the fact that he did not receive a penny for the production, while the biological children of the marriage were enriched by several million.
The Tuohy family does not agree with the allegations of the adopted son. Sean decided to speak on the matter, who emphasized that they surrounded Michael with care and love, and also helped him catch up with school. It was thanks to their funds that he was able to develop his passion, which took him to the top and became the beginning of his career. For this reason, the football player’s allegations are considered unfounded and harmful. – We are devastated. The very idea that I could make money off one of my children is foreign to me. We will love Michael as a 37-year-old as we loved him when he was 16 – a man.
