There were also malicious accusations that maybe not everyone wanted to watch these recordings. “Putting some sweaty guys dancing Makarene on the screen – totally and irrevocably destroyed this song in my eyes,” we read. The comments are especially surprising to those who know the original music video for the song, which also used archival recordings from the wedding, and the concert clearly referred to it.
