In the “Contact Glass” of August 15, we could hear, among others: Maria from Łódź – a viewer of the program, who, like thousands of others, was “let in” on the air to talk to the host by phone. This time it was Tomasz Sianecki who tried to get out of an awkward situation. The phone call concerned the May scandal. Mrs. Maria described it as a “drama” that affected her deeply.
Sianecki assures that the May situation did not “flow” from anyone
Widzka pointed out that although (for years) just before the end of “Glass of contact”, the host connects with the host of the next program in the schedule, Piotr Jacon, we do not see three commentators in “Szkla”, who until recently regularly appeared on the air. It’s about Daukszewicz, Robert Górski and Artur Andrus. Mrs. Maria said that it was “wrong” and Sianecki jokingly commented:
It didn’t go down on anyone, sorry for the expression, like on a duck.
Later, the interlocutor added that, due to the situation, she stopped watching Piotr Jacoń’s program “Day after day”. Sianecki had no joking retort to this. Maria, I have a request. Let’s talk about Glass. Please talk about other programs … – he tried to persuade, but the viewer was interrupted by his statement and noticed that the situation that hurt her happened in “Contact Glass”. In addition, it concerns the presenter who is still present in this TVN 24 broadcast. – I know, I know … – commented Sianecki and reacted to the viewer’s decision: “Each of you has the privilege and right that you can actually decide for yourself [co oglądać – przyp. red.]”. Then he changed the subject.
“Contact Glass” said goodbye to three commentators
. They decided to leave as an act of solidarity with Daukszewicz, who was removed from the program after controversial words addressed to Jacoń in May (he later resigned from further cooperation).
In mid-May, at the end of the program, the creators showed a list of harmful statements by right-wing politicians mocking transgender people and saying that they “feel like women”.
