He was in “Top Model” and now he’s starting his film career! Krystian Embradora will play a school bully [WYWIAD]

Krystian Embradora has a chance to become one of the most popular actors of the young generation. The 20-year-old gained popularity when he managed to get to the top fourteen in the 11th edition of “Top Model”. He conquered the hearts of the judges of the program not only with his appearance, but also with the news that he was interested in acting. The boy performs in the musical “Metro” at the Studio Buffo Theater, which is the same show and theater where Doda started!

Embradora said goodbye to the program quite quickly, but he did not disappear into the shadows and in February this year he released his debut single entitled. “For the show”, in which he shares his experiences from both show-business and everyday life. He even managed to sing this song on the stage of “Dzień Dobry TVN”. In June, he released a second song entitled “Meaning”.

Krystian Embradora about his character and his team: We rebel the most in the whole school

In the film “Fuck Mickiewicz, or the best years” he will play one of the students of class 2B, which teachers call the “class of outcasts”. His hero is named Mietek. In an interview with Gazeta.pl, he explained why his character is called that: “My character’s parents are of Asian descent. They said that they would name me Mietek in honor of Mieczysław Fogg.”

In the film there is a group of friends – Dante, Bolo and Mietek, who are the worst crew in this class and the whole school. (…) There are a lot of things that will happen around us and we will certainly not disappoint, and there will be no boredom in the film! Embradora admitted.

When asked if he could find any reference to the “Top Model” program in his character, he replied in the affirmative. “Mieczysław dresses a little differently than everyone else. Certainly more colorful. A little bit of this fashion is also important to him,” the actor revealed.

What is “Fuck Mickiewicz, or the best years” about?

“It’s a film about young people and for young people, largely created by them. It’s a film story about friendship, love, rebellion, that is about youth, which also has to make its way up. The great advantage of this film, apart from experienced actors, is the young cast, fresh , unknown faces. Thanks to them and their personalities, we try to create an authentic world of high school students, “said the film’s director Sara Bustamante-Drozdek in an interview with the portal.

In addition to Krystian Embradora, we will see Dawid Ogrodnik, Weronika Książkiewicz, Joanna Liszowska, Aldona Jankowska, Paulina Zwierz and debutants on the big screen: Hugo Tarres, Wiktoria Koprowska, Ada Grodzka, Aleksandra Izydorczyk, Artur Gwizdak and Igor Pawłowski. The premiere of the film “Fuck Mickiewicz, or the best years” is planned for 2024. The film was financially supported by the Polish Film Institute.
