Guayaquileños will stomp to the rhythm of salsa and vallenato this Friday, December 3 and Saturday, December 4 at the Tropical Music Festival, in the acoustic shell of Parque Samanes, which starts at 7:00 p.m.

Friday is dedicated to salsa, with the presentations of Grupo Niche, Orquesta Guayacán and Jorge Leo and Atrato River. Ecuadorians Juan Paul, Paolo Plaza, Danny Enrique, Gustavo Enrique (El Sonero del Pacífico) and Ray Bayona from Guayaquil will also be on the salsa stage. On Saturday attendees will enjoy the vallenato melodies of Los Inquietos del Vallenato, the singer and accordionist Omar Geles, Daniel Calderón and Los Gigantes, the iconic Lizandro Meza and the Colombian based in Quito Pablo Parra and his band.

The Tropical Music Festival, organized by Spectacular Productions, offers four locations for public access. Tickets are available at Cellshop stores, at Mall del Sol and Mall del Sur.

Live music at the Sánchez Aguilar

The Sánchez Aguilar Theater programming takes up live music nights on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, in the space known as Cafe Wine Bar, located outside the establishment.
